Garrett County Sleep Center was established in 2014 by Dr. Margaret Kaiser.  During her 30-plus years of experience as a board certified internal medicine physician, Dr. Kaiser has seen first hand the impact of poor sleep on overall health.  As a result, she developed the Garrett County Sleep Center with complete diagnostic capabilities to get to the root of sleep issues and help patients improve heart health, diabetes, weight control, cognitive function and more through improved sleep.

Brigette Friend joined in 2016 and took over business ownership in 2019.

In 2021, Dr Alea McClintock-Donahue DNP, came on board as the practice provider and has helped Brigette expand the services and philosophy of the practice to include those related to Alea's areas of expertise. This includes sleep health, nutrition, herbalism and naturopathy. 

 

Through Herbal Earth Apothecary LLC and Yorkie Acres Farm, we also sell herbal teas and topical products using locally grown and foraged herbs and flowers with medicinal benefits.
